SEMINAR FOR GAY MEN ON CREATING AND MAINTAINING LASTING LOVE

Gerber/Hart Library and the Lambda Literary Award Foundation will host a reading on Tuesday, May 6 at 7:00 PM of local Lambda Literary Award finalists reading from their work. Jacqueline Taylor will read from "Waiting For The Call," nominated in the Women's Memoir/Biography category, Michael Sherry will read from "Gay Artists in Modern American Culture," nominated in the LGBT nonfiction category, Bertram Cohler will read from "Writing Desire," nominated in the LGBT Studies category, and Kevin Barnhurst and Tracy Baim will read from "Media Queered," nominated in the LGBT Arts & Culture category. LGBT GROUPS MOBILIZE FOR BIG IMMIGRANT RIGHTS MARCH
Amigas Latinas, Orgullo En Acción, the Association of Latin Men for Action, and the Gay Liberation Network (GLN) are jointly organizing an LGBT
contingent for the big immigrant rights march set for Thursday, May 1st. The contingent will assemble at 11 AM in Union Park, near Ashland Avenue and
Lake
